O'Brien, Director, Legislative Budget Board     IN RE:HB610 by Naishtat (Relating to the establishment of the Legislative Committee on Aging and other initiatives relating to the aging population of this state.), As Engrossed    No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.  The bill establishes the Legislative Committee on Aging and the Chris Kyker Endowment for Seniors Fund outside the State Treasury. It is assumed that any costs associated with implementation can be absorbed within available resources. Local Government Impact No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
