O'Brien, Director, Legislative Budget Board     IN RE:HB693 by Truitt (Relating to an exemption from the structural pest control license requirement for certain falconers.), As Introduced    No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.  The bill would exempt falconers from the structural pest control licensure requirement. The Department of Agriculture (TDA) indicates that any costs associated with the bill could be absorbed within each agency's existing resources.  TDA indicates that there would likely be a loss of revenue, but that any such loss would not be significant. The bill would take effect immediately if it receives a vote of two-thirds of all members elected to each house; otherwise it would take effect September 1, 2009.
