O'Brien, Director, Legislative Budget Board     IN RE:HB737 by Quintanilla (Relating to the duty to notify local governmental entities about the existence of proposed hazardous liquid pipeline projects.), As Introduced    No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.  The bill would require a local government entity that acquires knowledge regarding a proposed pipeline project that may transport a hazardous liquid in or through the entity's boundaries or jurisdiction to promptly give written notice to any other local government entity that may reasonably be expected to be affected.
