O'Brien, Director, Legislative Budget Board     IN RE:HB792 by Burnam (Relating to the labeling of products that contain bisphenol-A.), As Introduced    No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.  The bill would require manufacturers to conspicuously label products that contain bisphenol-A. It is assumed that any additional costs for label inspections and licensing by the Department of State Health Services can be absorbed within existing resources.
