O'Brien, Director, Legislative Budget Board     IN RE:HB910 by Dutton (Relating to notice requirements in certain counties for hearings in suits for dissolution of marriage and suits affecting the parent-child relationship.), As Introduced    No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.  The bill would require a court in a county with a population of more than one million to promptly give written notice to a petitioner or movant of the date set for a hearing on dissolution of marriage and suits affecting the parent-child relationship. According to the 2000 U.S. Census, the statute would apply only to Harris, Dallas, Tarrant, and Bexar counties.  Local Government Impact No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
