O'Brien, Director, Legislative Budget Board     IN RE:HB939 by Dutton (Relating to the application of certain disability payments in connection with a claim for child support arrearages.), As Introduced    No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.  The bill would amend the Family Code regarding the application of certain disability payments in connection with a claim for child support arrearages. The office of the Attorney General indicates that any additional work resulting from the enactment of the bill could be reasonably absorbed within current resources. Local Government Impact No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
