O'Brien, Director, Legislative Budget Board     IN RE:HB999 by Dutton (Relating to the closure of a school campus by the board of trustees of certain school districts.), As Engrossed    No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.  The bill would establish requirements and procedures relating to closure of a school campus by the board of trustees of certain school districts.  The provisions of the bill would apply only to school districts enrolling more than 155,000 students.  For the current school year, only Dallas ISD and Houston ISD have enrollments that exceed 155,000 students.
