R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, Local entrepreneurs play a vital role in the
prosperity of the Lone Star State, and Victor C. Pilot and Kasha
Hunt are celebrating the grand opening of their new business, 820
Auto Sales, with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on April 24, 2009, in
Fort Worth; and
WHEREAS, Designed to provide pre-owned automobiles to
low-income buyers at prices below the Blue Book rate, 820 Auto Sales
is the brainchild of Mr. Pilot; he has been a licensed auto dealer
since 2006; and
WHEREAS, This promising new enterprise has been joined by Ms.
Hunt, who brings 18 years of business management experience to the
dealership; and
WHEREAS, Open for business since December 2008, 820 Auto
Sales is creating jobs and helping to strengthen the retail
environment of Fort Worth, and the initiative and drive of the
dealership's two dynamic leaders are sure to have a positive impact
in their community; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 81st Texas
Legislature hereby congratulate Victor C. Pilot and Kasha Hunt on
the grand opening of 820 Auto Sales and extend to them and their
staff sincere best wishes for success; and, be it further
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
prepared for Mr. Pilot and Ms. Hunt as an expression of high regard
by the Texas House of Representatives.
