H.R. No. 1847
R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, Willie and Henrietta Urban of Waco celebrated their
60th wedding anniversary on August 11, 2007, and they may indeed
reflect with joy on the rewarding relationship they have shared;
and
WHEREAS, Willie M. Urban and the former Henrietta Kaska
exchanged the vows of matrimony at St. Mary's Catholic Church in
West on that special day in 1947, and over the course of their
marriage, they have found in one another a loving life partner; and
WHEREAS, Mr. and Mrs. Urban count among their blessings a
fine family that grew to include their children, Anna and Richard
Urbanovsky, Anthony and Mary Urban, and Cathy and Bobby Devorsky,
as well as seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren; and
WHEREAS, For more than six decades, Willie and Henrietta
Urban have brought to their marriage laughter, kindness, and
devotion, and it is a pleasure to honor them for their enduring
commitment; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 81st Texas
Legislature hereby congratulate Willie and Henrietta Urban on the
noteworthy milestone of their 60th wedding anniversary and extend
to them sincere best wishes for continued happiness; and, be it
further
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
prepared for Mr. and Mrs. Urban as an expression of high regard by
the Texas House of Representatives.
