 R E S O L U T I O N
 WHEREAS, Words cannot adequately express the sorrow felt at
 the loss of Carol J. Clymore of Waxahachie, who passed away on April
 11, 2009, at the age of 68; and
 WHEREAS, Born on September 18, 1941, to Elbert and Eva Brewer
 in Montebello, California, the former Carol Brewer graduated from
 Pacific Christian College in 1965; she married Raymond Clymore the
 following year and dedicated her energies to raising her family and
 serving her church, where she sang in the choir, led women's groups,
 and taught Sunday school; the couple were blessed with three
 daughters, Laura, Leslie, and Lindsay, and with the passing years,
 their family grew to include six grandchildren; and
 WHEREAS, Mrs. Clymore and her family moved to Waxahachie in
 the 1980s, and she immediately became active at the First Baptist
 Church; she was president of the Baptist Women, taught Sunday
 school and Bible study, and was involved with the choir; later, she
 attended Waxahachie Bible Church and contributed to the
 congregation in numerous ways, including by greeting congregants at
 the chapel door; Mrs. Clymore also gave back to the community by
 working as a major organizer of Waxahachie Mobile Meals; and
 WHEREAS, Carol Clymore lived a caring and purposeful life,
 and her legacy of providing compassionate service to others will
 continue to inspire her loved ones and all those who had the good
 fortune to know her; now, therefore, be it
 RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 81st Texas
 Legislature hereby pay tribute to the life of Carol J. Clymore and
 extend sincere sympathy to the members of her family: to her
 husband, Raymond Clymore; to her children, Laura Graham and her
 husband, Sean, Leslie Majors and her husband, John, and Lindsay
 Marhold and her husband, Scott; to her grandchildren, Whitney,
 Taylor, Jordan, Madison, William, and Caroline; and to her other
 relatives and friends; and, be it further
 RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
 prepared for her family and that when the Texas House of
 Representatives adjourns this day, it do so in memory of Carol
 Clymore.
