R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, The Texas House of Representatives is pleased to
honor Claire McLaughlin for her outstanding work as an intern in the
office of State Representative Allen Fletcher; and
WHEREAS, In her role as an intern, Ms. McLaughlin has gained
firsthand knowledge of the governmental process and work experience
in a political environment, as well as insight into the issues
facing our communities and our state today; and
WHEREAS, Since joining the staff, Ms. McLaughlin has brought
a high level of dedication, enthusiasm, and care to her duties in
Representative Fletcher's office; she has made valuable
contributions to the State of Texas during the current legislative
session, and it is most fitting to recognize her for a job well
done; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 81st Texas
Legislature hereby commend Claire McLaughlin for her service as an
intern in the office of State Representative Allen Fletcher and
extend to her sincere best wishes for the future; and, be it further
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
prepared for Ms. McLaughlin as an expression of high regard by the
Texas House of Representatives.
