O'Brien, Director, Legislative Budget Board     IN RE:HR2930 by Guillen (Suspending limitations on conference committee jurisdiction, S.B. No. 379.)    No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.  The bill requires the gang section of the Texas Fusion Center to annually submit to the governor and the legislature a report assessing the threat posed statewide by criminal street gangs and requires the report to include identification of law enforcement strategies.
