No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.  The resolution would suspend House Rule 13, Section 9(a)(3) and (4) to allow provisions that are not in the Engrossed or As Passed Second House versions of SB 1068 to take effect.  The bill would allow information relating to a public officer or public employee to be withheld from disclosure if disclosure would pose a substantial risk of physical harm.
