The bill authorizes the Department of State Health Services or the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality to administer money and security in the perpetual care account for storage, maintenance, and distribution of mammography medical records, in addition to existing authorized uses. It is assumed that any cost would be minimal and could be absorbed within existing resources. Local Government Impact No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
