O'Brien, Director, Legislative Budget Board     IN RE:SB1085 by Shapleigh (Relating to a report to the legislature regarding funding for campuses of public institutions of higher education located outside the United States.), As Introduced    No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.  Under provisions of the bill, each university system or institution of higher education that maintains a campus outside the United States would be required to submit to the Higher Education Coordinating Board a report with detailed information regarding the sources of funding for the campus. The bill would be implemented within current resources. Local Government Impact No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
