O'Brien, Director, Legislative Budget Board     IN RE:SB1134 by Duncan (Relating to the authority for certain high school students to serve as election clerks.), As Introduced    No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.  The bill would amend the Education Code and the Election Code to allow certain high school students to be excused from classes to serve as election clerks. The county clerk or county elections administrator would be required to work with a county's secondary schools to coordinate these efforts.
