O'Brien, Director, Legislative Budget Board     IN RE:SB1191 by Ellis (Relating to this state's goal for reducing statewide peak electric demand through demand response and load management programs.), As Introduced    No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.  The bill would require utilities to implement load management and demand response programs to reduce the utilities' peak demand. The bill would require the Public Utility Commission to undertake rulemaking to implement the provisions of the bill. The Public Utility Commission anticipates any additional work resulting from the passage of the bill could be reasonably absorbed within current resources.
