The bill would amend Education Code so that the Intercolligiate Athetics fee at Prairie View A&M University would not expire on September 1, 2013, as in current law, if bonds that are payable from the fee are issued before the end of the 2012-2013 academic year. Local Government Impact No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
