O'Brien, Director, Legislative Budget Board     IN RE:SB1335 by Hegar (Relating to notice of acceptance or rejection of an insurance claim. ), Committee Report 1st House, Substituted    No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.  The bill would amend the Insurance Code regarding the notice of acceptance or rejection of an insurance claim.  Based on analysis provided by the Texas Department of Insurance, any costs associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be absorbed within existing agency resources.
