The bill would amend the Insurance Code regarding title insurance company affidavits as release of a lien.  Based on analysis provided by the Texas Department of Insurance, any costs associated with implementing the provisions of this bill could be absorbed within existing resources. The bill would amend the Insurance Code regarding title insurance company affidavits as release of a lien.  Based on analysis provided by the Texas Department of Insurance, any costs associated with implementing the provisions of this bill could be absorbed within existing resources.
