The bill would authorize the Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) to provide medical assistance reimbursement for a wheeled mobility system, under certain conditions, and would require the executive commissioner of HHSC to adopt related rules. HHSC assumes that the cost to implement the bill would not be significant and could be absorbed within existing resources.
