O'Brien, Director, Legislative Budget Board     IN RE:SB1850 by Shapleigh (Relating to the establishment of a home- and community-based services workforce council.), As Engrossed    No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.  The bill would establish a home- and community-based services workforce council.  The 13 council members would serve at the pleasure of the executive commissioner of the Health and Human Services Commission, without compensation, but members would be entitled to reimbursement for actual and necessary expenses incurred in performing functions as a council member, subject to applicable limitation on reimbursement provided by the General Appropriations Act.  It is assumed that any cost to implement the bill could be absorbed within existing resources. Local Government Impact No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
