O'Brien, Director, Legislative Budget Board     IN RE:SB1851 by Deuell (Relating to the posting of notice by a county sheriff regarding impounded estrays.), As Introduced    No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.  The bill would amend the Agriculture Code to require a sheriff, if an estray is impounded and the owner is unknown, to post a notice of the impoundment of the estray on the county's website for at least 15 days after the date of the impoundment.
