O'Brien, Director, Legislative Budget Board     IN RE:SB2344 by Uresti (relating to examination requirements in certain guardianship matters concerning persons with mental retardation.), Committee Report 1st House, Substituted    No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.  The bill would amend Probate Code Section 687 to require more specific information in a Certificate of Medical Examination (CME) for guardianship. It is assumed that any costs associated with the implementation can be absorbed within available resources.
