O'Brien, Director, Legislative Budget Board     IN RE:SB2578 by Averitt (Relating to insurance agent licenses issued to certain foreign corporations and partnerships.), As Introduced    No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.  The bill would amend the Insurance Code relating to insurance agent licenses issued to certain foreign corporations and partnerships.  Based on the analysis provided by the Texas Department of Insurance, any costs associated with the implementation of this bill could be absorbed within existing agency resources.
