Local Government Impact Costs for school districts could vary in implementing the bills requirements that local school health advisory councils (SHACs) meet four times a year and submit written, detailed, and timely reports including written notice to parents of each student of the board of trustees' decision regarding whether the district will provide human sexuality instruction to district students.
