O'Brien, Director, Legislative Budget Board     IN RE:SB811 by Duncan (Relating to authorizing the board of regents of the Texas Tech University System to transfer the San Angelo Museum of Fine Arts to a nonprofit organization to operate the museum.), As Engrossed    No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.  The bill would allow the Board of Regents of the Texas Tech University System to transfer the San Angelo Museum of Fine Arts to a nonprofit organization that will continue to use the property for public and educational purposes, and continue to keep the museum open to the public. Provisions of the bill would be implemented within current resources. Local Government Impact No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
