The bill would amend the Penal Code by allowing for the aggregation of funds involved in the offense of abuse of official capacity. The bill also provides further definition of the fair market value of things misused in the offense of abuse of official capacity. No significant impact on the programs and workload of state corrections agencies or on the demand for resources and services of those agencies is anticipated from any provisions of the bill.
