O'Brien, Director, Legislative Budget Board     IN RE:SB874 by Shapleigh (Relating to the exemption of certain counties from the drainage charge imposed by a municipal drainage utility system.), As Engrossed    No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.  The bill would affect property owned by a county in which a municipality is located that has a population of more than 500,000 and is located within 50 miles of an international border. Based on the criteria, the bill would apply only to El Paso County. Local Government Impact Because the bill would not have statewide impact on units of local government of the same type or class, no comment from this office is required by the rules of the House/Senate as to its probable fiscal implication on units of local government.
