O'Brien, Director, Legislative Budget Board     IN RE:SB881 by Eltife (Relating to a specialty insurance agent license for certain vendors of portable electronic devices.), As Introduced    No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.  The bill would amend the Insurance Code to clarify the specialty insurance agent license for certain vendors of portable electronic devices. The Texas Department of Insurance (TDI) would need to amend the agency's rules to comply with the changes in statute. TDI indicates that any costs associated with the bill could be absorbed within the agency's existing resources.
