The bill would classify a business that holds a deer breeders permit as an agricultural business. The Department of Agriculture and the Parks and Wildlife Department indicate that any costs associated with the bill could be absorbed within each agency's existing resources. The bill would take effect September 1, 2009.  Local Government Impact No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
