O'Brien, Director, Legislative Budget Board     IN RE:SB967 by Hegar (Relating to the disclosure by the developer of the subdivision of planned highway projects that will go through or be adjacent to a subdivision.), As Introduced    No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.  The bill would amend the Business & Commerce Code to require a municipal authority or a county commissioners court to require a plat application have attached to it a description and map of each highway project that is contained in the Texas Department of Transportation's (TxDOT) unified transportation program, the TxDOT statewide transportation improvement program, or an official planning document of a local transportation entity and is identified in the planning document as going through or running adjacent to the subdivision.
