O'Brien, Director, Legislative Budget Board     IN RE:SB985 by Davis, Wendy (Relating to the lodging expenses of certain state emergency services personnel.), As Engrossed    No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.  This bill would amend the Government Code relating to travel reimbursements for state emergency services personnel conducting emergency or disaster response activities. It is assumed that any additional costs associated with implementation of the bill could be absorbed within existing state resources.
