The bill would amend the Utilities Code by adding a section waiving the application of demand ratchet provisions for certain non-residential secondary service customers. Based on the analysis of the Public Utility Commission, it is assumed that responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.
