The bill would amend the Election Code to require an election officer to hold a meeting with the county chair of each political party to discuss certain election information and to provide written notice by mail, electronic mail, or another form of written communication of a meeting called by an election officer regarding an upcoming election to the county chair of each political party that made nominations by primary election.
