The bill would prohibit the manufacturing or sale of child products with bisphenol-A or other known to be human carcinogen chemicals. This analysis assumes there would be no significant fiscal impact to the Department of State Health Services. The bill would take effect September 1, 2011. Local Government Impact No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
