Kolkhorst, Chair, House Committee on Public Health      FROM: John S O'Brien, Director, Legislative Budget Board     IN RE:HB1349 by Marquez (Relating to the services included in a retail price list provided by a funeral establishment.), As Introduced    No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.  The bill would amend the Occupations Code relating to the services included in a retail price list provided by a funeral establishment.  This analysis assumes that the duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources within the Funeral Service Commission.
