                    LEGISLATIVE BUDGET BOARD    Austin, Texas      FISCAL NOTE, 82ND LEGISLATIVE REGULAR SESSION            April 28, 2011      TO: Honorable Joe Straus, Speaker of the House, House of Representatives      FROM: John S O'Brien, Director, Legislative Budget Board     IN RE:HB1510 by Hamilton (Relating to the regulation of manufactured housing. ), As Passed 2nd House    No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.  The bill would amend the Occupations Code relating to the regulation of manufactured housing.  Based on the analysis of the Department of Housing and Community Affairs, it is assumed that any duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources. Local Government Impact No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
