The bill would prohibit state employees and contractors from servicing pressure vessels operated by state agencies without certain certification.  The bill would also require state agencies to retain records of certification as long as the pressure vessel is in operation.It is assumed that costs associated with servicing pressure vessels by certified state employees and contractors and related records retention would not be significant and could be absorbed within existing resources. Local Government Impact No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
