The bill would amend the Occupations Code relating to the regulation of funeral directing and embalming.   Based on the analysis of the Funeral Service Commission, it is assumed that duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources. The bill would amend the Occupations Code relating to the regulation of funeral directing and embalming.
