The bill would amend Chapter 505, Occupations Code, to specify that applicants with degrees from graduate programs that are in candidacy for accreditation would be eligible to take the social worker licensing examination.  The Department of State Health Services indicates that implementation of the bill could be absorbed with existing resources.
