Local Government Impact No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated. The bill would provide uniform procedures for electronic notifications of certain hearings by school district boards of trustees. In addition to the electronic notifications, school districts would retain the option of providing notice of such hearings via traditional print media at local discretion.
