The bill would repeal statutory requirements related to promoting awareness of prekindergarten programs. Fiscal impact to the operations of the Texas Education Agency is not expected to be significant. Local Government Impact The bill would repeal certain reporting requirements for school districts related to promoting awareness of prekindergarten programs and related annual reporting requirements, which could result in some local administrative savings.
