The bill would require the location of the main early voting polling place be included in the election order and notice and would remove the requirement that each early voting polling place location be included in the election order and notice. The bill would take effect on September 1, 2011. It is anticipated that any costs associated with implementation of the legislation could be absorbed within existing resources.
