The bill would amend the Health and Safety Code to authorize a commissioners court of a county in which an emergency services district is located to remove a board member by an order adopted by a majority vote. The bill would repeal Sections 775.0422(c) and (d) of the Health and Safety Code. Local Government Impact No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
