                    LEGISLATIVE BUDGET BOARD    Austin, Texas      FISCAL NOTE, 82ND LEGISLATIVE REGULAR SESSION            April 11, 2011      TO: Honorable Richard Pena Raymond, Chair, House Committee on Human Services      FROM: John S O'Brien, Director, Legislative Budget Board     IN RE:HB1930 by Zedler (Relating to the membership and duties of the Human Trafficking Prevention Task Force.), As Introduced    No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.  The bill would amend the Government Code relating to the membership and duties of the Human Trafficking Prevention Task Force. The Commission on Law Enforcement Officers Standards and Education indicates no anticipated fiscal impact from the bill. The bill would take effect immediately if it receives a vote of two-thirds of all members elected to each house, otherwise it would take effect September 1, 2011. Local Government Impact No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
