The bill would amend the Alcoholic Beverage Code relating to notice by sign of an alcoholic beverage permit or license application, changing the requirement for a sign from when the application is filed to when the permit or license is issued. The Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission indicates that no fiscal implication from the bill is anticipated. This bill takes effect September 1, 2011. Local Government Impact No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
