The bill would amend Chapter 2303 of the Texas Government Code, regarding Enterprise Zone projects. The bill would allow the designation of an enterprise project to be split into two half designations and to set a maximum tax refund to each half of $125,000 per fiscal year. Local Government Impact No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
