The bill would direct the Texas Department of Criminal Justice to transfer to the Texas Forest Service certain real property. The bill would also require the Texas Forest Service to use the property transferred only for a purpose that benefits the public interest of the state.   Local Government Impact No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
