The bill would direct the Texas Board of Criminal Justice to transfer to the board of regents of the Texas A&M University System certain real property. The bill would also require the board of regents of the Texas A&M University System to use the property for the benefit of the Texas Forest Service.   Local Government Impact No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.  The bill would direct the Texas Board of Criminal Justice to transfer to the board of regents of the Texas A&M University System certain real property.
